This gorgeous pier home, located in ‘The Keys’ in Oceanside Village is just a short walk across the street from the beach and one of the nicest homes in The Keys! This three-bedroom, two-full-bath home has been fully renovated, is immaculately clean and offers well over 1500 square feet upstairs, plus an entire garage for storage, allowing large families to spread out and enjoy!
Amenities
Master bedroom and bathroom
The master bedroom has a king-size pillow top bed and 40″ LED TV with full, private bath complete with his and her sinks.
Two guest bedrooms and a full bathroom
The second bedroom has a pillow top queen-size bed as well as a Trundle/bunk bed equipped with a 42″ flat screen TV with High definition receiver the kids will love! There is a second full bath off hallway. The third bedroom also has a queen pillow top bed and Flat Screen TV. There is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room, as well as a queen-size air mattress (easy, automatic plug in to fill) kept for additional sleeping capacity.
Kitchen with full dining area
The kitchen offers all the amenities of home with all new stainless steel appliances: built-in stove, refrigerator with ice maker, full-size dishwasher, microwave, a center island cook top, wrap-around bar area for casual dining that seats five, as well as a full dining area that seats six. Both a Keurig coffee maker and a regular coffee maker are provided.
Living room with 55″ TV, digital cable and WiFi
The living room is large and spacious, with two sofas and two beautiful leather recliners for plenty of seating and a 55″ LED Flat Screen Smart TV with High Definition picture and deluxe digital cable package (all channels!), Sound Bar Theater Sound and High-Speed Wireless Internet connection available!
Laundry room
Full laundry area available with front loader washer/dryer.
Outdoor grill and patio
Cook-out on the gas grill and enjoy the huge wrap-around deck, which spans the entire front and sides of the house. There is a gate to secure children and pets from the stairs.
High-end golf cart
This home also comes with full use of this beautiful high-end golf CART for your travels back and forth to the beach and around the village! Our pier home has everything needed for that dream vacation at the beach!
Gated community with ample amenities nearby
Oceanside Village is a private, gated community within Surfside Beach. It has lots of amenities to offer besides a great beach, such as an indoor and outdoor pool, new water park for the kids, gym/fitness facility, lighted tennis courts, volleyball courts, a basketball court, a baseball field, park area/playground for the kids, a doggie park and fishing lakes all around the 144-acre property. This house is just a two-minute walk to the ocean, and there is private beachfront parking available for community renters and residents only. The village is only a short drive north to Myrtle Beach and area attractions, or south to Murrells Inlet and Pawleys Island for great seafood dining, nightlife, and specialty shops!
