Master bedroom and bathroom

The Master Bedroom has a huge and fabulously comfortable King Size Pillow Top Bed that sleeps like a dream! It also has a 42′ High Definition PLASMA FLAT SCREEN TV with Full Digital Cable Package, movie channels, etc. The private Master Bath is very spacious with a large full size shower, his and her sinks, and two separate walk-in closets.

 
3 Guest bedrooms, full bathroom, and bonus room

The second and third bedrooms both have Pillow Top Queen size beds and 32′ FLAT SCREEN LED TVs with a second full bath off the hallway. The fourth upstairs bedroom is perfect for the children, with matching twin beds and also a 32′ Flat Screen LED TV. Additional sleeping capacity is provided in the downstairs bonus room which has a Queen Size Sleeper Sofa as well as 32′ Flat Screen LED TV.

 
Kitchen with dining area

The kitchen offers all the amenities of a high end home with beautiful Granite Counter TOPS, stainless steel appliances, side-by-side refrigerator with water/ice maker, full-size dishwasher, microwave, stove, and a bar area for casual dining that seats three, as well as a full dining area that seats eight. The kitchen is also fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals at home and fully enjoy the house if you wish. Both a Keurig coffee maker and a regular coffee maker are provided.

 
Living room with 60″ TV, digital cable, and WiFi

The living room is very relaxing and comfortable with a plush sofa, recliner and additional seating as well as a beautiful Samsung 60″ LED Smart TV  with High Definition Receiver, Deluxe Digital Cable Package, High End Sound Bar (Beautiful sound for movies!), Blue Ray, and High-Speed Wireless Internet connection available!

There is a private laundry room off the kitchen with High End LG Washer and Dryer.

 
Outdoor grill and patio

Cook out on the Gas Grill and enjoy the beautiful and private large, back patio! There is a Full patio set and umbrella for outside enjoyment in the sun, as well as additional patio furniture and full loungers to relax in!

 

 
High-end golf cart

Our home also comes with full use of TWO beautiful high-end Golf CARTS for your travels back and forth to the beach and around the village! Our Melody Gardens home has everything needed for that dream vacation at the beach!

 
Gated community with ample amenities nearby

Oceanside Village is a private, gated community within Surfside Beach. It has lots of amenities to offer besides a great beach, such as an indoor and outdoor pool, new water park, gym/fitness facility, lighted tennis courts, volleyball courts, a basketball court, a baseball field, park area/playground for the kids, a dog park and fishing lakes all around the 144-acre property. This house is just a two-minute walk to the ocean, and there is private beachfront parking available for community renters and residents only. The village is only a short drive north to Myrtle Beach and area attractions, or south to Murrell’s Inlet and Pawley’s Island for great seafood dining, nightlife, and specialty shops!
